NCB Capital Company announces the cash distribution to the Unitholders of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) for the period ending on 30 June 2019 as follows:

1. Total cash distribution is SAR 44,687,500;

2. The distributions will be based on 137,500,000 existing units;

3. The distribution amount is SAR 0.325 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 3.25%;

4. The distribution percentage is 3.23% of the net asset value of the Fund as of 27/10/1440H corresponding to 30 June 2019;

5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Sunday 3/12/1440H corresponding 4/08/2019G (end of trading day on Wednesday 28/11/1440H corresponding to 31/07/2019);

6. Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
