We would like to inform you that the dividends for AlAhli REIT Fund (1) have been distributed successfully to clients whose data is complete on Tadawulaty. In case you have not received your dividend, do the following:

 

Visit any branch of Saudi National Bank (formerly known as National Commercial Bank) and ask the teller to search your outstanding dividends using the civil ID or the portfolio number on NBL under “Dividends Payment / Collection Selection”.  When visiting the branch, make sure you have the following:

 

• Your investment portfolio number
• Your national identity
• AlAhli REIT Fund (1) symbol on Tadawul, i.e. 4338

 

In case of any difficulty, Bank Staff may contact Mr. Adel M. Qurnfulah on 601013253 (internal number).

 

 

For future dividends, make sure you have correct information on Tadawulaty. To check, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1:

Log in to Tadawulaty using the following link

https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa/ir/user/login.xhtml

 

Step 2:

On the main page “Consolidated Reporting” > Go to “Portfolio List”

Click on market value of your shares

 

 

Step 3:

Check Investor Name and Bank Account Number (means IBAN here). All Saudi IBANs begin with ‘SA’ and are exactly 24 characters long

 

 

Step 4:

If the Investor Name and/or Bank Account number (means IBAN here) is not correct, please contact your broker shown in the “Broker Name” field.
