NCB Capital Company announces the cash distribution to the Unitholders of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) for the period ending on 31 December 2018 as follows:

1-      Total cash distribution is SAR 44,687,500;

2-      The distributions will be based on 137,500,000 existing units;

3-      The distribution amount is SAR 0.325 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 3.25%;

4-      The distribution percentage is 3.2% of the net asset value of the Fund as of 24 Rabi Al-Thani 1440H corresponding to 31 December 2018;

5-      The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday 14/06/1440H corresponding 19/02/2019G (end of trading day on Sunday 12/06/1440H corresponding to 17/02/2019);

6-      Distributions shall be paid within 10 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
