NCB Capital announces the cash distribution to the Unitholders of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) for the period ending on30  June 2018 as follows:

1) Total cash distribution is SAR 44,687,500;

2) The distributions will be based on137,500,000  existing units;

3) The distribution amount is SAR 0.325 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 3.25%;

4) The distribution percentage is 3.16% of the Fund’s net asset value as of 16 Shawwal 1439H corresponding to 30 June 2018;

5) The eligibility of distribution to Unitholders shall be based on Unitholders record by the end of Monday 24 Dhu al-Qidah 1439H corresponding to 6 August 2018;

6) Distribution shall be paid within 8 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind Unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure that their profits are deposited directly in their accounts.
