SNB Capital Company announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of directors of a non-fundamental change to AlAhli REIT Fund (1), such change will become effective 24 Dhul Qidah 1443 corresponding to 23 June 2022.

The details of the non-fundamental change is as follows: change in the Terms and Conditions of the Fund as it will take the form of a Special Purposes Entity. Based on this change the Fund will have a legal identity.
