NCB Capital Company announces the approval of the board of directors of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) to distribute cash dividends to the Unitholders for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020 as follows

Total cash distribution is SAR 44,687,500;

The distributions will be based on 137,500,000 existing units;

The distribution amount is SAR 0.325 per unit and its percentage of the unit initial price is 3.25%;

The distribution percentage is 3.28% of the net asset value (based on fair value) of the Fund as of 31 December 2020;

The eligibility for dividends shall be for Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Monday 15 February 2021 (end of trading day on Thursday, 11 February 2021);

Distributions shall be paid within 9 business days post eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind entitled Unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
